Combines smart-building installations, LED displays, sensors, horticultural equipment, and SEC-reporting software, earning revenue from product delivery, services, and project contracts. Its platform strategy centers on reusable hardware and software, though many proprietary products remain in early commercialization.
Combines Smart AVX audio/video and automation installations with LED-display products, USIP and Ubiquitor sensor hardware, Perfecular horticultural meters and filters, and Lusher's One Touch Financial SEC-reporting software.
USIP and the handheld Ubiquitor are designed around a common hardware and software foundation that changes function as probes are attached and uses phones or computers for control and display. Assembly and installation work are concentrated in Southern California, while its Shenzhen subsidiary supports R&D and procurement and Perfecular sells in North America and Europe.
Revenue is recognized from equipment delivery, services, and project contracts; OEM consulting and licensing remain prospective. Much of the sensor and reporting-software portfolio is at prototype, testing, tooling, or early-commercialization stages. Operations and product rollout depend on financing, supply and molding partners, customer adoption, Chinese R&D and procurement, and key personnel.
