Profile

Resideo Technologies, Inc.REZIIndustrials

Develops and manufactures thermostats, HVAC and water controls, smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms, fire-suppression products, and residential security systems, sold largely through professional installers and distributors. Now focused on building products after spinning off ADI, the portfolio centers on Honeywell Home, First Alert, and BRK.

Develops and manufactures controls and sensors across four product groups: Safety and Security, Air, Energy, and Water. Products include thermostats, HVAC and water controls, smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms, fire suppression, intrusion systems, cameras, cloud services, and components for heating equipment. Core brands include Honeywell Home, First Alert, BRK, Braukmann, and Resideo.

Serves residential and commercial markets globally through contractors, installers, dealers, distributors, and equipment manufacturers. In-house manufacturing and shared device platforms support its professional-channel focus.

Following the completed ADI Global Distribution spin-off, wholesale distribution and Snap One/Control4 are no longer part of the business. The Honeywell Home trademark is licensed from Honeywell, while much production for U.S. sales is concentrated in Mexico under trade, energy-efficiency, and product-safety rules.
