Profile

FIGS, Inc.FIGSConsumer Discretionary

Sells technical scrubs, underscrubs, outerwear, footwear, lab coats, and other healthcare apparel through digital channels, institutional TEAMS orders, and physical Community Hubs. Scrubwear and U.S. customers generate most sales, while production relies on third-party manufacturers outside the United States.

Designs and sells technical scrubwear and complementary healthcare apparel for medical professionals. The product system spans core and limited-edition scrubs, underscrubs, compression socks, outerwear, lab coats, footwear, loungewear, and accessories. Products are designed in-house and sold mainly through the website and mobile app, while TEAMS handles institutional uniform orders and Community Hubs provide physical retail. Most sales come from U.S. customers, alongside a growing international business.

Frequent product drops, shallow initial buys, and data-driven reorders let merchandising respond to customer demand while keeping year-round core styles available. Scrubwear remains the dominant revenue category, with non-scrubwear extending the wardrobe on and off shift. Manufacturing is outsourced, most products are made outside the United States, and the fabric supply is concentrated among a limited number of suppliers in China.
