Profile

Superior Group of Companies, Inc.SGCConsumer Discretionary

Sells customized merchandise and uniform programs through BAMKO and HPI, healthcare apparel through Wink, Fashion Seal, CID and Carhartt Medical, and outsourced contact-center services through The Office Gurus. Branded Products is the largest segment, while contact centers make the workforce heavily international.

Runs three businesses under a parent-company model: Branded Products, Healthcare Apparel and Contact Centers. BAMKO and HPI handle branded merchandise, promotional products, corporate uniforms and image apparel for customer-facing industries.

Healthcare Apparel sells scrubs, lab coats, protective apparel and patient apparel through Wink, Fashion Seal Healthcare, CID Resources and licensed Carhartt Medical products. The Office Gurus provides outsourced nearshore and onshore contact-center and BPO services to North American customers.

The business traces back to medical uniforms but now depends on brand-program demand, healthcare apparel channels, offshore service labor and sourcing costs. Branded Products carries the most weight, while Contact Centers accounts for the largest share of employees.
