Profile
Rents, sells, manufactures, and services artificial-lift equipment, vapor-recovery units, natural-gas systems, and digital controls for U.S. oil and gas producers. Production Solutions follows wells through changing lift needs, while Natural Gas Technologies captures and monetizes emissions; rental fleets add recurring revenue alongside equipment sales and field service.
Rents, sells, manufactures, and services equipment that helps oil and natural gas producers optimize producing wells. Production Solutions covers high-pressure gas lift, electric submersible pumps, conventional gas lift, plunger lift, and digital monitoring and controls. Natural Gas Technologies provides vapor-recovery and natural-gas systems that capture, compress, and monetize gas that might otherwise be vented or flared.
Combines long-duration rental fleets with equipment sales and field service, using remote monitoring to support uptime and transitions among lift methods as well output changes. Operations and material revenue are concentrated in U.S. onshore basins, with Valiant adding Permian-centered electric-submersible-pump and surface-fluid-transfer capabilities. Demand depends on producer activity, oil and gas prices, and environmental rules affecting customers' operations.

Shares outstanding and float — provider count disagrees with the price.
The provider's share count does not square with the market price, so neither it nor anything divided by it is shown.
The institutional figure is the one the filers report, not a quotient recomputed on the share count.
