Profile
Supplies sustainable chemistry and data-analytics technologies for energy and infrastructure operations. Its two segments pair Chemistry Technologies with Data Analytics, including Power Services, Digital Valuation, and Flare Monitoring.
Chemistry Technologies supplies sustainable chemistry intended to improve value-chain outcomes while reducing environmental impact. Data Analytics provides real-time measurement, monitoring, and process-control technology across the energy and infrastructure value chain.
The Data Analytics portfolio includes Power Services for natural-gas use in turbines and dual-fuel engines, Digital Valuation for custody-transfer reporting, and Flare Monitoring for compliance and flare-efficiency control. Its data-platform foundation came from the JP3 Measurement acquisition.
Mobile power-generation assets added through the PWRtek transaction operate within Data Analytics under a lease-based model. The business depends in part on the ProFrac commercial relationship and the ramp of those acquired mobile-power assets.
