Profile
Designs custom equipment for Defense, Energy & Process, and Space customers, including fluid, power, heat-transfer, vacuum, turbomachinery, and advanced-mixing systems. Sales and backlog are U.S.-weighted and defense-centered, with one reporting segment across the platform.
Designs and manufactures mission-critical fluid, power, heat-transfer, vacuum, turbomachinery, and advanced-mixing technologies for Defense, Energy & Process, and Space customers. Products range from ejectors, condensers, pumps, turbines, compressors, and blowers to rocket-propulsion hardware, life-support equipment, and bladeless centrifugal mixers.
Current platform combines Graham Manufacturing's vacuum and heat-transfer roots with Barber-Nichols turbomachinery, P3 and Xdot high-speed rotating-machine capabilities, and FlackTek material-processing systems. Work is custom-engineered, low-volume, and supported by direct sales engineers, technical service, spare parts, and shared operating-company services.
Business is concentrated in the United States and increasingly shaped by defense programs, including U.S. Navy-related demand. Customer concentration, program timing, acquisition integration, and cyclical energy/process demand are structural dependencies.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
