Profile
Sells engineered belts, hoses, tubing and fittings through Power Transmission and Fluid Power. A large aftermarket business works through distributors alongside OEM sales across geographically distributed industrial and transportation markets.
Power Transmission supplies elastomer drive belts and related components for stationary and mobile drives, engine systems and personal-mobility applications. Fluid Power supplies hoses, tubing and fittings for high-pressure hydraulic and other fluid-transfer uses. Together, the lines serve industrial, transportation, consumer, energy and agricultural applications. Operations are geographically distributed across the Americas, EMEA, East Asia, India and China.
Aftermarket sales flow principally through distributors, while OEMs buy specified first-fit components. A manufacturing-led workforce supports application-specific materials-science development. Manufacturing depends on raw materials and commodities exposed to tariffs; mitigation includes surcharges, local supply and alternative sources.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
