Profile

Atkore Inc.ATKRIndustrials

Sells conduit, cable, fittings, cable management, metal framing, mechanical pipe, and perimeter-security products through distributors and OEM channels. Revenue is centered on U.S. construction and infrastructure demand, with the Electrical segment contributing most sales.

Manufactures conduit, cable, fittings, and installation accessories used to route and protect electrical power systems, chiefly for non-residential construction and renovation. The Electrical segment spans metal and plastic conduit, armored and flexible cable, fittings, and cable management; Safety & Infrastructure supplies metal framing, mechanical pipe, construction services, and perimeter security.

Executes through a broad branded portfolio, a concentrated U.S. manufacturing and distribution network, short order cycles, and bundled ordering across complementary products. Sales flow mainly through electrical, industrial, and specialty distributors to contractors and original-equipment manufacturers.

Demand depends heavily on U.S. non-residential construction, while steel, copper, and PVC costs influence pricing and margins. Most revenue comes from U.S. customers. A definitive agreement calls for Prysmian to acquire the business, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
