Profile
Develops investigational therapies led by NXC-201, a BCMA-targeted CAR-T candidate for relapsed or refractory AL amyloidosis. The pipeline also includes the earlier IMX-110 solid-tumor program, while clinical progress depends on trial execution, future data, regulatory review, manufacturing, and continued financing.
Develops investigational cell therapies and tissue-specific therapeutics for serious diseases. The lead program, NXC-201, is a BCMA-targeted CAR-T candidate being studied in relapsed or refractory AL amyloidosis, while IMX-110 remains the earlier solid-tumor program.
Clinical work spans the U.S. NEXICART-2 study and the ex-U.S. NEXICART-1 study. Development has shifted from the original solid-tumor platform toward NXC-201, brought into the portfolio through an exclusive license and integrated through Nexcella.
NXC-201 remains investigational. Progress depends on completing clinical studies, producing future data, securing regulatory review, maintaining manufacturing, and raising capital to fund development.
