Profile
Sells subscription research, benchmarks, decision tools, and expert access to technology and business leaders, alongside executive conferences and project-based consulting. Most revenue comes from subscription-based Insights services, with reusable research distributed through conferences and consulting as well.
Turns expert-led, practitioner-sourced research into subscription insights, benchmarks, tools, and direct access to experts. Business and Technology Insights serves technology users, providers, and functional leaders; Conferences stages Symposium/Xpo and role-focused events; Consulting applies the research through custom analysis and on-the-ground support for technology initiatives.
Serves enterprises across major functions, industries, and regions, with a substantial share of revenue generated outside the United States. Reusable intellectual property is distributed across subscriptions, events, and consulting, while recurring client interactions feed the research agenda. Digital Markets has been sold and is no longer part of the operating mix.
Most revenue depends on renewing Insights subscriptions. Credibility and independence of published research, conference attendance and venue availability, and replacement of project-based consulting engagements are structural dependencies.
