Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc.KPTIHealth Care

Commercializes selinexor as XPOVIO in the United States and licenses NEXPOVIO/XPOVIO abroad, earning product and partner revenue. The business is concentrated in one approved molecule and additional selinexor indications.

Develops and commercializes selinexor, an oral XPO1 inhibitor sold as XPOVIO in the United States and NEXPOVIO in parts of Europe and the United Kingdom. U.S. sales cover labeled multiple-myeloma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma settings, supported by an oncology field team and reimbursement assistance.

Licenses ex-U.S. development and commercialization to Menarini, Antengene, Neopharm and FORUS, generating partner revenue through royalties, milestones and reimbursements. The pipeline also concentrates on selinexor, with late-stage work in myelofibrosis and multiple myeloma plus earlier eltanexor development.

Relies on a single approved molecule, partner execution abroad, regulatory pathways for new indications, and continuing access to financing.
