Ramaco Resources, Inc.METCBEnergy

Provides separately attributed exposure to CORE, Ramaco Resources’ royalty, infrastructure, and future advanced-carbon, rare-earth, and critical-minerals initiatives. The issuer operates Appalachian metallurgical-coal mines while developing the Brook Mine platform in Wyoming.

Tracks the company-defined CORE asset group, whose attributed performance includes royalties on Ramaco Coal and Amonate reserves, fees from processing and rail-loadout infrastructure, and future income from advanced-carbon, rare-earth, and critical-mineral initiatives if realized. CORE remains within Ramaco Resources rather than a separate entity, so Class B holders have no direct ownership of its assets.

Ramaco’s operating base is metallurgical coal from Appalachian mines serving North American steel mills, coke plants, and international consumers. Its Rare Earths and Critical Minerals segment operates the Brook Mine complex in Wyoming, where representative ore is being tested toward a full-scale processing facility and the segment had no revenue in the fiscal year covered by the report. The board sets CORE asset and expense policies and per-ton usage fees.
