Ramaco Resources, Inc.METCZEnergy

These senior notes mature in 2029 and were issued by a Nasdaq-listed operator of metallurgical-coal mines. The issuer also develops the exploration-stage Brook Mine rare-earths and critical-minerals project in Wyoming.

The notes mature in 2029, distinguishing them from the issuer's common-stock listings and later senior notes. Ramaco's Metallurgical Coal segment operates an Appalachian portfolio centered in southern West Virginia and southwestern Virginia, serving domestic steel mills and coke plants as well as international metallurgical-coal consumers.

Rare Earths and Critical Minerals is the second reportable segment, focused on the Brook Mine near Sheridan, Wyoming. It includes mineral rights and a research-and-development facility acquired with Ramaco Coal. The property remains at the exploration stage: representative material has been mined for testing and potential processing options are advancing, while inferred resources are not reserves and commercial development is not assured.
