Supplies engineered actuation, propulsion, avionics, power/data-transfer and control systems to aerospace, defense, industrial and medical customers, with aftermarket work supporting long-lived programs.
Supplies precision motion-control components and integrated systems across Space and Defense, Military Aircraft, Commercial Aircraft and Industrial. The portfolio spans missile steering, satellite propulsion and avionics, aircraft flight controls, rugged power/data transfer, industrial automation, simulation and test equipment, plus medical pumps and components.
Works closely with customers and engineers on electric, hydraulic and electro-hydrostatic solutions, then supports installed equipment with spares, maintenance, upgrades, repairs and overhauls. Operations extend from the United States to manufacturing facilities across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Government programs, aircraft production schedules, supplier availability, fixed-price contract estimates, and export or technical requirements remain core operating dependencies. Class A shares carry one-tenth vote per share, while Class B shares elect most directors.
