Profile

OGE Energy Corp.OGEUtilities

The OG&E operating subsidiary generates, transmits, distributes, and sells electricity in Oklahoma and western Arkansas. The holding company has focused on its electric utility after leaving its former midstream investment.

The wholly owned OG&E operating subsidiary generates, transmits, distributes, and sells electricity. Its franchised service territory spans Oklahoma and western Arkansas, including Fort Smith and nearby Arkansas communities.

Electric operations are reported through the electric-company business segment, while the holding-company line is reported as Other Operations. Rates are regulated by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Arkansas Public Service Commission, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

After selling its Energy Transfer equity, the group became a utility-focused holding company. All employees are directly employed by OG&E following the midstream exit. Reliability, regional demand, generation, and transmission development operate within that regulated service framework.
