OptimumBank Holdings, Inc.OPHCFinancials

Offers community banking, real-estate lending, payments, and treasury services, earning primarily from the spread between lending and deposit funding. New nonbank subsidiaries extend bridge, HUD, asset-based, and transitional financing beyond its South Florida branch network.

Provides community banking through OptimumBank and newer nonbank platforms, OptimumFunding and OptimumFinance. The bank takes deposits, provides payments and treasury services, and lends across multifamily, residential, commercial-real-estate, construction, commercial-and-industrial, consumer, and SBA-backed categories. Interest earned on loans and other earning assets is its core revenue source, supplemented by service, payment, treasury, and government-guaranteed loan-sale fees.

Operates from a South Florida branch footprint centered on Broward and Miami-Dade, with lending across nearby Florida counties and selected markets elsewhere. National merchant-cash-advance relationships use high-volume ACH processing, while the nonbank platforms extend bridge, HUD, asset-based, and transitional financing to healthcare, senior housing, multifamily, and commercial-real-estate clients. Deposit funding, property-secured credit exposure, outsourced data systems, capital rules, and banking oversight shape operations.
