Profile
Provides commercial and consumer banking, mortgage lending, wealth management, and insurance through a branch-and-digital network centered on Florida and extending into Georgia. Interest on loans is the core earnings engine, with substantial exposure to commercial and residential real estate and smaller fee streams from deposits, advisory, mortgage, and insurance services.
Provides commercial and consumer banking, mortgage lending, wealth management, and insurance through Seacoast National Bank, mobile and online channels, and a full-service branch network across Florida and Georgia. Deposit funding and interest earned on commercial, commercial real estate, residential real estate, and consumer loans drive the core economics, while deposit service charges and advisory, mortgage, and insurance fees add smaller revenue streams.
Builds relationships through local bankers and local credit decisions, pairing branch coverage with digital access. Organic expansion and opportunistic bank acquisitions have broadened a Florida-centered franchise into Georgia, and the Heartland and Villages integrations are complete. The loan book remains concentrated in commercial and residential real estate collateral, especially in Florida, while capital, consumer-protection, deposit-insurance, and merger-approval requirements constrain operations.
