Profile

POSCO Holdings Inc.PKXMaterials

Manages a consolidated group spanning steel, infrastructure, rechargeable-battery materials, and new-business investments. Steel remains the largest revenue pillar, while the holding-company structure separates portfolio management from domestic steel production at wholly owned POSCO.

Manages a Korean industrial group spanning Steel, Infrastructure, Rechargeable Battery Materials, and Other investments. Steel remains the largest revenue pillar, with products ranging from hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheet to stainless, plate, wire rod, coated, and electrical steel.

Infrastructure combines trading, power and energy activities, construction, logistics, and digital operating services. Battery-materials operations cover lithium, nickel, cathode and anode materials, and recycling, while group businesses extend beyond Korea through overseas steelmakers, processing centers, trading, and materials operations.

Following the vertical spin-off, the listed parent has focused on portfolio development and group management while wholly owned POSCO carries domestic steel production. The business therefore depends heavily on the Pohang and Gwangyang works and on coordination across specialized subsidiaries.
