Provides high-specification well service rigs, wireline services, processing solutions, and ancillary services for U.S. exploration and production companies. High Specification Rigs supports completions, workovers, and well maintenance, while Wireline Services covers completion, production, intervention, pipe recovery, plugging and abandonment, and pump-down work.
Operations are domestic and spread across active U.S. oil and gas basins including the Permian, Denver-Julesburg, Bakken, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Gulf Coast, SCOOP/STACK, and Anadarko areas. Processing Solutions and Ancillary Services adds rentals, logistics, coil tubing, mixing plants and chemicals, inspection, transportation, and modular gas-processing support.
Execution depends on equipment capacity, technical expertise, workforce competency, safety record, and price. Demand follows E&P drilling and completion activity, the customer base is concentrated, and operations are shaped by safety, waste, transportation, and environmental regulation.
