Profile
Provides oilfield services and equipment for exploration, production, and development work in the US and selected international markets. Technical Services drives most revenue through pressure pumping, wireline, downhole tools, coiled tubing, snubbing, nitrogen, well control, and fishing, while Support Services supplies rental tools and related off-site work.
Provides specialized oilfield services and equipment to independent and major oil and gas companies working on exploration, production, and development. The operating group spans Cudd Energy Services, Cudd Pressure Control, Thru Tubing Solutions, Pintail Completions, and Patterson Services, with activity across major US oilfield regions and selected international markets.
Technical Services is the core segment, built around equipment-intensive crewed well-site work: pressure pumping, wireline, downhole tools, coiled tubing, snubbing, nitrogen, well control, and fishing. Support Services adds rental tools, tubular services, flowback, well testing, surface control, and related off-well-site work.
Demand depends on oil and natural gas prices because customer activity drives use of equipment and personnel. Competition turns on price, equipment availability and quality, service quality, safety reputation, and technical proficiency.
