Profile
Supplies drilling, completion, intervention and production services to U.S. onshore oil-and-gas E&P customers through regional operating segments. The acquisition-built platform depends on those customers' activity and spending decisions.
Provides drilling, completion, intervention and production services to U.S. onshore oil-and-gas exploration-and-production customers in conventional and unconventional plays. Operations are organized around the Rocky Mountains, Southwest and Northeast/Mid-Con regional segments, reflecting an acquisition-built regional service-platform model.
The operating business was initially assembled from seven private oilfield-services companies and later spun out from KLX Inc. in 2018. It was enlarged through the Quintana Energy Services merger and Greene’s Energy Group acquisition. It integrates services, personnel and assets across the regional footprint; demand depends on U.S. oil-and-gas E&P activity and spending decisions.
