Develops cardiovascular and CNS medicines in the United States, selling ARBLI through wholesale distribution and holding commercialization rights for REZENOPY. Its model differentiates established molecules through formulations and delivery systems while outsourcing manufacturing, sales, logistics, and much of distribution.
Develops and commercializes differentiated formulations and delivery systems for cardiovascular and central-nervous-system medicines in the United States. ARBLI, a ready-to-use losartan oral suspension, is its only reported revenue-generating product; REZENOPY, a naloxone nasal spray, is licensed for U.S. commercialization. The pipeline comprises SCN-104 for migraine and cluster-headache episodes, SCN-106 for occluded central venous access devices, and SCN-107 for postoperative pain.
Uses established molecules and drug-delivery formats to address specific care settings, then routes products through wholesalers, pharmacies, and other third-party channels. Operates with contract manufacturers, a contract sales organization, third-party logistics, and licensed rights rather than owned manufacturing facilities. Product uptake depends on FDA approvals, reimbursement and formulary access, and third-party manufacturing and distribution.
