Profile
Sells programmable precision-timing systems spanning MEMS resonators, oscillators, clock ICs, and embedded synchronization software for datacenters, communications, automotive, industrial, aerospace, and consumer electronics. A broadened clocking portfolio now complements the oscillator core, while fabless production and distributor-led sales create supplier and channel dependencies.
Designs programmable precision-timing systems built around silicon MEMS resonators, oscillators, clock ICs, and embedded synchronization software. Its in-house MEMS, analog mixed-signal, packaging, and systems expertise enables configurable products that maintain stable timing across temperature shifts, vibration, and other demanding conditions.
The expanded clocking portfolio, including network synchronizers, jitter cleaners, generators, and buffers, complements its oscillator core and standalone resonators. Products serve communications, AI datacenters, enterprise networking, automotive, industrial, aerospace and defense, and mobile and consumer electronics worldwide.
Revenue comes mainly through distributors, with some direct sales to end customers. The completed acquisition of Renesas' timing assets substantially broadened the clocking catalog. Manufacturing remains fabless: third-party foundries and assembly-and-test contractors, largely outside the United States, handle production, creating supplier and channel dependencies.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
