Profile
Sells analog and mixed-signal chips for mobile devices, automotive systems, data centers, industry and connected infrastructure, chiefly through design wins with equipment makers. RF front-end products remain central, Apple-related programs generate most revenue, and manufacturing combines internal factories with outside partners.
Designs and manufactures analog and mixed-signal semiconductors that handle wireless signals, timing and power. The portfolio spans RF front-end modules, amplifiers, switches, antenna tuners, SAW and BAW filters, automotive tuners and digital radios, precision timing devices, and digital power isolators. These components serve smartphones and wearables alongside automotive, data-center, industrial, connected-home, communications-infrastructure, aerospace and defense systems.
Pairs specialized internal fabrication, assembly and test capabilities with external foundries and subcontractors. Early collaboration with device makers, system-level RF expertise and multi-chip integration support customer design work, while sales and operations span North America, Asia and Europe.
Apple-related programs generate most revenue, tying results closely to one customer’s product volumes and design decisions. Manufacturing also relies on complex internal processes, selected third parties and some sole-source inputs. A proposed combination with Qorvo remains pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
