Profile

SenesTech, Inc.SNESMaterials

Sells Evolve and ContraPest rodent-fertility baits through online, professional, distributor, and municipal channels. Revenue is product sales, with continued consumption needed because the products limit fertility temporarily rather than permanently sterilizing rodents.

Formulates and sells rodent-fertility-control products that reduce reproduction in rats and mice. Evolve Rat and Evolve Mouse are cottonseed-oil soft baits, while ContraPest is a liquid bait for Norway and roof rats; delivery systems include bait stations, starter kits, refills, and a hanging dispenser.

Manufactures at its Arizona facility and sells through direct e-commerce, Amazon, other retailer sites, distributors, pest-management professionals, agricultural and commercial accounts, municipalities, and international distributors. Evolve is the portfolio’s revenue center, and subscriptions support recurring replenishment.

Product availability depends on federal and state authorizations: Evolve uses the minimum-risk pesticide framework and state-by-state approvals, whereas ContraPest requires registrations and label compliance. Production-scale manufacturing is concentrated at one Arizona facility.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
