Spok Holdings, Inc.SPOKHealth Care

Sells clinical communication software and wireless messaging services to healthcare, government, and enterprise customers. Revenue is split between software implementation and support work and a still-material paging base whose subscriber demand continues to decline.

Provides Spok Care Connect software modules for contact centers, clinical alerting, on-call scheduling, mobile messaging, facility alerts, and public-safety notifications. Wireless services add one-way and two-way paging subscriptions, devices, maintenance plans, and related messaging support.

Serves hospitals and health systems first, with additional government and large-enterprise customers. Sales are concentrated in the United States and often involve long direct-sale cycles with healthcare and communications decision makers.

Balances software implementation and support revenue with a legacy paging network that still contributes roughly half of revenue. The business depends on backlog execution, customer implementation timing, FCC-licensed narrowband spectrum, and regulated healthcare and government use cases.
