Profile
Builds engineered electronics, formed aerospace and defense components, scientific cold-storage equipment, mold-texturing services, and hydraulic cylinders for OEM and industrial customers. Electronics is the largest segment, while customer-specific design, acquisitions, and a manufacturing footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia shape the model.
Builds customer-specific components and equipment through four segments. Electronics supplies sensors, switches, instrument transformers, and magnetic power-conversion assemblies. Aerospace & Defense forms metal components for aircraft, spacecraft, defense, and energy systems; Scientific makes temperature-controlled medical and laboratory storage; Engraving & Hydraulics provides mold texturing, tooling, and engineered cylinders.
Operates across North America, Europe, and Asia, selling mainly to original-equipment manufacturers. Co-design, new products, and targeted acquisitions support growth; divesting Federal Industries removed food-display cases and simplified the portfolio.
Results depend on new-product adoption, materials availability, acquisition integration, and demand across electrical-grid, defense, aerospace, life-science, automotive, and industrial markets. Scientific equipment must meet stringent regulations, while long-term Aerospace & Defense agreements make order timing and backlog conversion uneven.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
