Profile
Provides card sponsorship, payments, deposits, and sponsored lending through fintech partners, earning fees and using partner-generated deposits to fund specialized credit. The lending portfolio covers multifamily bridge loans, wealth-management credit, small-business loans, and vehicle and equipment leasing, while the branchless model depends on partners and bank regulation.
Provides bank-charter infrastructure to U.S. fintech and payments partners through program sponsorship, card issuing, ACH and real-time payments, and sponsored lending. Partner programs generate fees and transaction deposits, which fund fintech loans and the broader Credit Solutions portfolio.
Credit Solutions spans real estate bridge loans for multifamily rehabilitation, securities- and insurance-backed credit for wealth-management clients, advisor financing, Small Business Administration lending, and vehicle and equipment leasing. A customizable platform and regulatory-compliance infrastructure support national partner distribution without a traditional branch franchise. The model depends on partner relationships, payment-network rules, federal bank oversight, third-party service providers, and managing year-end assets below the Durbin Amendment threshold for small-issuer interchange exemptions.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
