Profile
Designs and sells battery-electric vehicles, FSD subscriptions, charging and related services, while Powerwall, Megapack and solar products form a second energy business. Vehicle sales remain the main revenue source; direct distribution, integrated manufacturing and software connect the fleet to services, while Robotaxi expansion depends on local regulation.
Designs, manufactures and sells battery-electric vehicles led by Model 3 and Model Y, alongside Cybertruck and Semi. Automotive revenue also includes FSD (Supervised) subscriptions, regulatory credits, charging and services; Robotaxi is expanding as Cybercab production begins.
Builds Powerwall for homes and Megapack for commercial and utility storage, alongside solar panels and Solar Roof. Direct sales, over-the-air software, integrated manufacturing and a global Supercharger network connect hardware to services. Factories operate in the United States, China and Germany.
Vehicle sales remain the largest revenue source, with production shaped by battery supply and factory utilization. Regulatory-credit revenue depends on emissions programs; driver assistance requires active supervision, and autonomous ride-hailing deployment is constrained by differing national, state and city rules. Operations also depend heavily on Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
