Profile
Sells cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, concrete block, and processed fly ash across Florida and the Mid-Atlantic. Vertical integration from reserves and cement plants through terminals and downstream delivery keeps the network local, with Keystone extending domestic cement capacity into Pennsylvania and nearby markets.
Produces cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, concrete block, and processed fly ash for construction markets along the U.S. East Coast. Operations are organized into Florida and Mid-Atlantic segments, with distribution reaching Metro New York/New Jersey. The Keystone Cement acquisition added Pennsylvania cement and aggregates assets and extended the Mid-Atlantic footprint into nearby states.
Vertical integration links limestone reserves, cement plants, quarries, fly-ash facilities, ready-mix and block sites, and marine and rail terminals. This network combines domestic production with imported cement and moves heavy materials into localized markets where freight distance matters. Demand follows residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction; production depends on quarry and environmental permits, energy, and transportation. Titan SA remains both the controlling shareholder and a major cement supplier.
