Develops an allogeneic T-cell therapy pipeline built on its ExacTcell platform. Its first clinical candidate, TVGN 489, targets acute COVID-19, while additional named candidates address cervical cancer, mouth and throat cancer, and Epstein–Barr-virus-associated lymphomas.
ExacTcell is Tevogen Bio's platform for developing, enriching and expanding selected cytotoxic T-cell therapies with defined targets. TVGN 489, the first clinical product from the platform, is an investigational allogeneic therapy for acute COVID-19 in vulnerable cancer patients.
The pipeline also includes TVGN 920 for cervical cancer, TVGN 960 for mouth and throat cancer, and TVGN 930 for Epstein–Barr-virus-associated lymphomas. The company has said it is prioritizing oncology and Long COVID, rather than selling approved products.
Operations are based in New Jersey and began in 2020. The business remains dependent on clinical testing, regulatory approval, and additional capital before commercialization.
