Profile
Combines Kinetic broadband, Uniti Solutions managed connectivity and security, and Fiber Infrastructure transport and leasing across a largely U.S. network. Revenue comes from recurring consumer and enterprise services, wholesale capacity, equipment sales, and leases, while legacy copper, third-party access, and capital-intensive fiber construction shape the model.
Combines consumer broadband, enterprise managed services, and fiber infrastructure across a predominantly U.S. network. Kinetic sells fiber and DSL internet, voice, and related services to households and small businesses, with incumbent local markets concentrated in the Midwest and Southeast. Uniti Solutions designs and operates multi-site connectivity, cloud communications, collaboration, and security services for enterprises and public-sector customers.
Fiber Infrastructure sells wavelength and Ethernet transport, dark fiber, colocation, dedicated internet access, and fiber-to-tower connectivity to carriers, enterprises, content providers, and large cloud operators in the United States and Canada. Customer-aligned builds and long-term capacity contracts extend and monetize the network. Parts of Kinetic still use copper lines, Uniti Solutions leases access from other carriers in some markets, and network expansion requires ongoing capital spending, construction, permitting, and compliance with telecommunications and universal-service rules.
