Produces and exports U.S. liquefied natural gas through Calcasieu Pass and Plaquemines, while constructing CP2. The platform also spans gas transport, LNG marketing, shipping and regasification.
Uses standardized, factory-fabricated mid-scale liquefaction trains to build Gulf Coast terminals in repeatable phases. Long-term sales agreements support project financing, while commissioning cargoes can be sold before contractual commercial operations begin. Calcasieu Pass is post-COD, Plaquemines remains in construction and commissioning, and both CP2 phases are under construction.
Connects U.S. pipeline gas to international buyers through Louisiana export sites and a mixed owned-and-chartered vessel fleet. Execution depends on completing commissioning and construction, maintaining federal export and facility authorizations, and honoring project-level debt and long-term contracts. Customer arbitration outcomes have varied by contract, and challenges to CP2 regulatory orders remained pending.
