Secure microcontrollers and ASIC/SoC development make up the two current reportable segments. The founder-led Swiss group also carries digital-identity, PKI and secure-authentication capabilities; its business depends on customer retention and continued security, trust and integration capabilities.
Secure microcontrollers and ASIC design form the current operating core, carried through the Semiconductors and ASIC segments. The former designs, manufactures, sells and distributes high-end secure microprocessors; the latter takes ASIC and SoC projects from circuit specification and in-house design through qualification and production-supply-chain management.
Digital identity, PKI and secure authentication remain part of the group’s business heritage and product positioning. Founded by Carlos Creus Moreira, it operates from Switzerland and trades in the US through Nasdaq ADSs. Demand depends on retaining and expanding customers while continuing to provide security, trust and integration capabilities. A proposed BVI redomiciliation has been disclosed but has not been completed.
