Profile
Formulates colorants, functional additives, specialty inks, engineered polymers, advanced composites and Dyneema fiber for manufacturers across diverse end markets. Revenue comes from two global segments, with most sales generated outside the United States and no large single-customer dependency.
Transforms commodity resins, pigments and additives into customized polymer and composite materials. Color, Additives and Inks supplies solid and liquid colorants, functional additive concentrates and specialty inks; Specialty Engineered Materials covers high-performance formulations, advanced composites and Dyneema performance fiber for uses spanning packaging, healthcare, defense, transportation and infrastructure.
Manufacturing and technical sites span the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and most sales come from outside the United States. Local application support, formulation expertise and rapid order-to-production cycles help customers meet color, durability, weight, flame-resistance and other performance requirements. No individual customer contributes a large share of revenue.
Results depend on polymer demand and raw-material cost and availability, while production, transport and disposal remain subject to environmental, health, safety and chemical-control rules.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
