Profile

Cellectar Biosciences, Inc.CLRBHealth Care

Develops cancer-targeted radiotherapeutics through a phospholipid drug conjugate platform, led by iopofosine for Waldenström macroglobulinemia. It is a pre-revenue, single-segment oncology developer that depends on outside capital and contractors while pursuing regulatory approval.

Develops cancer-targeted radiotherapeutics through its phospholipid drug conjugate platform, which attaches radioactive or other payloads to a phospholipid ether intended to accumulate in cancer cells. Iopofosine is the lead program for relapsed or refractory Waldenström macroglobulinemia; CLR 125 is in early clinical development for refractory triple-negative breast cancer, while CLR 225 and other PDCs remain preclinical.

Operates as a pre-revenue, single-segment oncology developer rather than a product seller. A lean internal team directs research and development alongside contract research organizations, hospitals, academic centers, isotope suppliers, and radiopharmaceutical manufacturers across the United States and internationally.

Future commercialization depends on regulatory approval, financing, and either direct sales capability or partners. Clinical execution and product supply rely on outside vendors for radioactive isotopes, manufacturing, shipping, and compliance.
