Curanex Pharmaceuticals Inc Common StockCURXHealth Care

Develops Phyto-N, a single-plant botanical extract, for ulcerative colitis and other immune and inflammatory diseases. The preclinical program has no product revenue and relies on FDA clearance, external development partners, financing, and consistent botanical-material quality.

Develops Phyto-N, a proprietary single-plant botanical extract, as a drug candidate for ulcerative colitis and other immune and inflammatory diseases. It has no approved product or product revenue; if approved, it identifies drug sales, licensing and collaborations, and research grants or contracts as possible revenue channels.

Combines traditional-use observations with chemistry, manufacturing and controls, animal studies, and FDA-required development work. Its scientific work spans U.S. and Chinese institutions, while FDA review is its initial regulatory path and Australia is the intended initial human-trial location. Phyto-N is its only identified candidate, and the organization relies on CROs and contract development and manufacturing organizations for clinical supply and much of its development work.
