Profile
Supplies driveline, electrified-propulsion, sealing, thermal-management, and control systems to light- and commercial-vehicle manufacturers and their aftermarkets. Two global on-highway segments generate revenue through OEM platform programs, with demand tied to vehicle production schedules and sales concentrated among large automakers and truck manufacturers.
Supplies axles, driveshafts, transmissions, motors, inverters, controls, sealing products, and thermal-management systems for light and commercial vehicles. Light Vehicle Drive Systems is the larger segment, serving passenger cars, trucks, SUVs, crossovers, and vans; Commercial Vehicle Drive and Motion Systems covers medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses, and related aftermarket parts.
Combines mechanical driveline engineering with electrified propulsion, sealing, cooling, and software controls across internal-combustion, hybrid, and electric platforms. Operations span North America, Europe, South America, and Asia-Pacific, while the completed Off-Highway sale leaves the portfolio focused on on-highway markets.
The pending Eaton Mobility combination remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Revenue depends on OEM production schedules, platform awards, and customer pricing, and a small group of large vehicle manufacturers accounts for most sales.
