Profile
Pre-revenue UAM platform centered on an Embraer-backed eVTOL aircraft, with TechCare service support and Vector air-traffic-management software designed to scale around future aircraft operations. Commercialization depends on certification, funding through development, and conversion of non-binding customer commitments.
Develops a three-part urban air mobility platform: an electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, TechCare service and support, and Vector urban air traffic management software. The aircraft program drives the business today, while TechCare and Vector are designed to support operators once commercial eVTOL fleets exist.
Operating model sits between a Florida headquarters, Brazilian flight-test and industrialization work, and Embraer engineering, IP, services, and manufacturing support. Eve remains pre-revenue while prototype testing and certification work continue.
Commercial execution depends on aircraft certification, successful transition from engineering prototypes to conforming aircraft, enough funding through development, supplier and Embraer execution, and conversion of non-binding customer commitments into definitive agreements.
