Profile

Comfort Systems USA, Inc.FIXIndustrials

Builds and services HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, electrical, modular, monitoring and fire-protection systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities across the United States. Revenue comes mainly from new construction, with technology facilities the largest customer market and a smaller stream from renovations, maintenance and repair.

Builds, installs, maintains, repairs and replaces mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities across the United States. Mechanical work spans HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, off-site construction, monitoring and fire protection; electrical work covers system installation and service. Local operating teams manage projects, supported by shared design, prefabrication, purchasing, safety and training resources.

Serves technology and manufacturing sites alongside healthcare, education, government, office and other facilities. Revenue comes from new construction, renovations and expansions, plus service calls, maintenance and monitoring. Design-build expertise, building-information modeling and off-site fabrication help coordinate complex projects and deploy skilled labor across locations. Most recent revenue is concentrated in new construction and technology facilities, while execution depends on labor availability, cost estimates, project schedules and critical equipment supply.
