Profile

IES Holdings, Inc.IESCIndustrials

Designs and installs electrical, communications, HVAC, and plumbing systems for data centers, homes, and commercial and industrial facilities. Revenue comes from project and service work plus custom power products, with separately managed operations spanning construction markets across the United States.

Designs and installs electrical and technology systems through Communications, Residential, Commercial & Industrial, and Infrastructure Solutions. Communications builds and maintains network infrastructure for data centers. Residential installs electrical systems for homes and provides HVAC and plumbing in selected markets. Commercial & Industrial delivers electrical and mechanical design, construction, and maintenance.

Infrastructure Solutions makes custom power-distribution equipment, generator enclosures, and structural steel, and repairs motors and generators. Gulf Island added fabrication and specialty services for industrial, energy, and government customers.

Operations span the United States, with segments managing day-to-day work while the corporate office allocates capital, selects segment leaders, and supports acquisitions. Customer relationships, technical expertise, and past project delivery help win repeat work. Results depend on skilled labor, accurate fixed-price bidding, construction and housing activity, and local licenses.
