Profile
Designs, builds and maintains electric grids, power generation and storage, communications networks, pipelines, and critical systems for data centers and other large-load facilities. Most work is U.S.-based and earned through construction, maintenance and master service contracts tied largely to utility and power capital programs.
Designs, builds, upgrades and maintains electric transmission and distribution networks, substations, power generation and storage, communications systems, and electrical infrastructure for data centers and other large-load facilities. Electric Infrastructure Solutions also provides renewable-generation EPC, emergency restoration and selected power-equipment manufacturing.
Underground Utility and Infrastructure Solutions covers gas-utility systems, pipeline integrity and construction, industrial turnaround and fabrication work, civil projects, and mechanical, plumbing and process systems for large-load centers. Self-perform, craft-skilled crews integrate electrical, mechanical and fabrication disciplines across a decentralized, labor-intensive operation, primarily in the United States with smaller businesses in Canada, Australia and other markets.
Revenue comes from master service, maintenance, unit-price, cost-plus and fixed-price construction and engineering contracts. Demand depends on utility and power customers' capital programs; project timing is exposed to permitting and regulatory delays, while fixed-price work makes cost and execution estimates consequential.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
