Produces refined gold from the Asanko Gold Mine in Ghana, selling delivered output to bullion-market banks and, for part of production, the Bank of Ghana. All reported revenue and mine exposure come from this single property.
Operates and explores the Asanko Gold Mine, a district-scale open-pit complex in Ghana. Four primary pits—Abore, Nkran, Esaase and Miradani North—feed a central carbon-in-leach plant, while drilling tests depth extensions around existing deposits.
Sells refined gold once it is delivered and credited to buyers’ gold accounts, principally LBMA-registered banks and, for part of output, the Bank of Ghana. Mine sequencing, ore hardness, grade, recovery, seasonal rain, haul distances, and crusher and mill availability determine operational performance.
Runs its only reportable segment and material property through an operating subsidiary in which Ghana holds a free-carried interest. Mineral tenure, permits, water, tailings, security, and community access are continuing operating dependencies.
