Provides consumer, mortgage, and business banking through a localized northwest-Louisiana branch network, earning most of its income from lending spreads. The business is organized as a single banking segment.
Operates a federally chartered savings bank providing consumer deposits, mortgages, personal loans, business loans, and related cash-management and digital-banking services. Its localized full-service branch network serves Shreveport, Bossier City, Minden, and Benton in northwest Louisiana.
Distributes those services through local branches and digital channels, combining face-to-face service with online and mobile banking. Generates income principally from interest on loans, with securities investments and loan- and deposit-service fees providing additional income.
Residential mortgages and commercial real estate are central to lending, while a substantial amount of conforming fixed-rate residential loans is sold to correspondent banks. Performance depends on northwest-Louisiana credit demand, property collateral values, customer deposits, and the spread between asset yields and funding costs. Federal banking regulators oversee the bank and holding company.
