Profile
Provides consumer and commercial banking, wealth management, mortgages and specialty finance through Regions Bank, earning interest on loans and fees from payments, advisory and investment services. Its branch-based deposit franchise is concentrated across the South, Midwest and Texas, with specialty capabilities serving clients nationwide.
Runs Regions Bank across the South, Midwest and Texas through Consumer Bank, Corporate Bank and Wealth Management. Consumer services include deposits, cards, mortgages and small-business banking; corporate offerings span lending, treasury management, capital markets, equipment finance and real estate finance. Wealth Management provides investment management, trust, brokerage and advisory services, while EnerBank supplies home-improvement financing.
A branch-based deposit franchise funds consumer and commercial loans, while treasury management, wealth, capital markets and mortgage fees broaden revenue beyond interest income. Specialty teams serve clients beyond the branch footprint, including municipal and corporate investment banking. Earnings depend on deposit pricing, interest-rate spreads and borrower credit quality, and the bank operates under extensive federal and state supervision.
