Operates mature telecom lines alongside National Retail Solutions, BOSS Money and net2phone. Traditional Communications supplies most revenue, while newer platforms add independent-retailer POS, remittance, cloud communications, advertising and transaction-data exposure.
Reportable segments span National Retail Solutions, Fintech, net2phone and Traditional Communications. The largest base is mature communications: IDT Digital Payments, BOSS Revolution Calling, IDT Global and smaller offerings built around mobile top-up, international calling, voice, SMS and traffic management.
Newer platforms broaden the mix. NRS sells POS systems, store-management software, payment processing, merchant services, advertising and transaction data to independent retailers. Fintech centers on BOSS Money remittance and related value transfer, while net2phone provides UCaaS and CCaaS mainly across North and South America.
Revenue still depends most on Traditional Communications, while growth initiatives depend on independent-retailer adoption, money-transfer corridors, cloud-communications competition and specialized staff across separate operating units.
