Manufacturing spans Arizona and King Abdullah Economic City in Saudi Arabia. The future Midsize platform is intended to extend the lineup into lower-price, higher-volume vehicle segments.

Ayar, an affiliate of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, is the majority stockholder. Its preferred-stock financing was designated for general corporate purposes, capital expenditures, and working capital.
