Profile

Innovative Eyewear, Inc.LUCYHealth Care

Designs camera-free smart glasses that combine open-ear audio, calls, phone voice assistants, and AI access with optical, sport, and safety eyewear. Revenue is centered on direct e-commerce, with outsourced China-based production and North America as the primary market.

Designs and sells camera-free, open-ear Bluetooth smart eyewear across the Lucyd Lyte, Lucyd Armor, Nautica Powered by Lucyd, Eddie Bauer Powered by Lucyd, and Reebok Powered by Lucyd lines. Frames add speakers, microphones, touch controls, and phone-based voice and AI access to prescription, lifestyle, sport, and safety eyewear. Revenue comes mainly from direct e-commerce and wholesale optical and retail partners, primarily in North America.

Uses familiar eyeglass form factors rather than display-heavy AR/VR headsets and iterates products with customer and retail-partner feedback. Product design is Miami-based, production is contracted in China, and a third-party Miami laboratory fits prescription lenses. Brand licenses, marketplace access, outside AI and smartphone platforms, limited suppliers, FDA oversight, and safety certifications shape operations. Safety-line positioning depends on maintaining applicable U.S., Canadian, and European certifications.
