Profile

Mativ Holdings, Inc.MATVMaterials

Sells engineered specialty materials through Filtration & Advanced Materials and Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions, spanning filtration media, films, netting, tapes, liners, specialty papers, packaging, and healthcare. The United States is the largest geography, international sales remain material, and demand depends on cycle-exposed end markets plus manufacturing execution.

Manufactures specialty materials through Filtration & Advanced Materials and Sustainable & Adhesive Solutions. Product families include filtration media, advanced films, netting, tapes, labels, release liners, specialty paper, packaging, and healthcare materials sold through a family of product brands.

The United States is the largest geography, Europe is the next largest region, and international sales remain material. After selling Engineered Papers, the portfolio no longer participates in tobacco-based product markets.

Execution relies on coating, converting, polymer film, fiber, resin, saturation, lamination, embossing, and customer-specific process know-how. The business depends on cycle-exposed end markets, manufacturing reliability, labor agreements across parts of the workforce, and completion of the post-merger portfolio and cost reset.
